How Fulfillment Works
Your order lifecycle from placement to arrival:
1. Order Handling (1–2 Days)
Every wig is hand-inspected for curl density, netting integrity, and packaging protection before dispatch.
2. Tracking Activation
As soon as your parcel is handed to the shipping partner, an email with your live tracking number is sent automatically.
3. In Transit (3–8 Days)
Carried via domestic couriers straight to your door or secure mailbox with delivery confirmation.
Tracking Your Shipment
You will receive an automated shipping notification containing your carrier tracking code within 24–48 hours of placing your order. You can track your order status directly via our Track Order page in the top menu or on the carrier's official website (USPS/UPS).
Shipping Address & Order Edits
Please double-check your shipping address and apartment/suite numbers at checkout. If you notice a typo in your address, email us immediately at hello@silkoracare.com. Address adjustments can only be applied before the order is marked as fulfilled in our warehouse.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members or neighbors first. If it has not appeared after 48 hours, reach out to our team at hello@silkoracare.com. We will file a tracer investigation with the courier and ensure you receive a replacement or solution promptly.
