All purchases made on silkoracare.com are delivered pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers (including USPS). This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We provide tracking information for all US shipments. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order.

Our return and exchange policy is governed by our dedicated Return & Refund Policy. In accordance with beauty and health regulations, items returned must be unworn, uncut, unwashed, and in their original packaging with protective hairnets and tags intact to qualify for a full refund or shade replacement.
